Minimum Qualification/s: 1. An accredited robotics organization in institutions; Documentary Requirement/s: 1. Endorsement Letter from the Principal/Dean 2. Accomplishment Report of programs and projects conducted with documentation and other attachments as proof. Include all approval letters/activity permits. 3. Supporting Documents a. Accomplished Application Form for Outstanding Robotics Club of the Year b. Awards / Certificates of Appreciation / Recognition or Plaques / Medals duly identified and labeled and other proof of awards c. Certificate of attendance/participation d. Certificate of Accreditation issued by the school where the club affiliated with. e.
